If a file is faulty, incomplete or not as described, contact us and we will fix it, replace it or refund you, as required by law. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection law.
Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
