Pup Compass sells digital products (PDF downloads). All content is © Pup Compass. Your purchase grants a personal, single-household licence: print and use as much as you like for your own dog(s). Sharing, reselling, redistributing or uploading the files anywhere is not permitted.
2. What our products are — and aren’t
The First-Year Puppy System is educational planning content created with care. It is not veterinary, medical, nutritional or professional behavioural advice, and it is no substitute for a qualified veterinarian or certified trainer. Always consult a professional about your dog’s health or behaviour, and supervise all activities with your puppy. You are responsible for your dog’s safety and wellbeing.
3. Updates
Purchasers of the First-Year Puppy System receive future updates to the product at no extra cost.
4. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Prices & payment
Prices are shown in AUD and processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
